Manual depalletizer with sweeper, Low infeed, high outfeed

The Secma Cabon Low Infeed and High Outfeed Manual Depalletizer with Sweeper has been designed to meet the ergonomic requirements of the can packing lines to limit awkward operator positions.

Pallet changeover is done manually and the layers are raised mechanically. They are then discharged to an accumulation table by means of a manually actioned sweeper. Can realignment is carried out by means of a 90° realigner equipped with a pneumatic agitator.

Layer pads are removed manually by an operator who visually inspects the cans to check the quality.

This manual depalletizer can be semi-automatic or fully automated by integrating sweeper motorisation and/or a layer pad gripper system.

An operator can attain an output of 4 layers/ minute and manage two systems.
