Semi-automatic Loader

Our semi-automatic loader enables you to mechanically put your containers in baskets after sealing or capping. Our loading procedure involves accumulating the containers on a mass flow conveyor naturally creating staggered rows of cans. The lifting table brings the bottom of the basket level; the cans in staggered rows are then conveyed to the basket to form a layer.

It can be adapted to handle all types of products and all basket sizes with an output of 3 layers per minute.

Supervised by an operator, our semi-automatic loader ensures an ergonomic workstation.

The work cycle, including the lowering of the containers and insertion of layers is performed mechanically. Pressing the two-hand safety control starts the cycle. If the operator releases the control, the machine automatically stops its cycle to protect the operator.

The only manual tasks are placing the basket and interlayer. To increase output, both of these can be automated. This machine is multi-format for both containers and baskets. The Secma Cabon design ensures reliability and scalability

We propose equipment made from 304 stainless steel because the canning zone is tough for the mechanics. The lifting tables that we install are designed and manufactured specifically for your workshop to address these constraints.

For higher speed lines or if the operator needs to be freed up, we can offer you our automatic cartesian loader.

For niche production units or lines, we can offer you our manual loader.
