Automatic Cartesian Loader/Unloader

Intended primarily for full jars and can applications, our Automatic Cartesian Loader/Unloader is easy to use and the magnetic or vacuum pad system assist the operator during the handling of layers of containers.

It can be adapted to handle all types of products and all basket sizes with an output of 6 layers per minute, excluding basket management.

Supervised by an operator, our automatic loader/unloader ensures an ergonomic workstation.

The work cycle, including the handling of product layers, as well as layer pad management, is automatic.

The only manual tasks are placing the basket. To increase the output and autonomy of the machine, a pallet management system can be attached to it.

To ensure a minimal footprint, we offer a standard guillotine door.

This machine is multi-format for both containers and baskets. The menus can be quickly accessed from the touchscreen computer.

The Sema-Cabon design ensures reliability and scalability.

We propose equipment made from 304 stainless steel, as the canning zone is tough for the mechanics. The lifting tables that we install are designed and manufactured specifically for your workshop to address these constraints.
