Tuna Filler

The Prima raw tuna filler have been designed with the objective of preserving the quality of the product. The range is available in two technologies.

These fillers functions at the speed of 200 cans per minute.

Prima Filler I:

The first tuna filler manufactured:  receives  raw fish  (tuna, salmon, etc.), preforms them without destructuring them and continuouslynreduces them to the diameter of the can .

A synchronized cutting system allows regular filling at high speed.

A party receives the fish and conveys it.

Some transports the boxes and cuts into slices.

Two belt conveyors with independent operation.

A stainless steel cupboard on the “slice cutting” part.

Prima Filler II fish sausage:

This tuna filler fills the boxes directly from fish sausages and allows effective gains in material and work throughout the canning chain.

It collects residues at each cut

2 filling heads
Raw fish or shellfish
Prima feeder

One or two employees feed the sausage supply conveyor.

The sausages are compressed between two suitable rakes.

A circular blade cuts the sausage to the required thickness.
