Semi-automatic depalletizer is ideal for the start of glass bottle and jar lines, low infeed/high outfeed
The Secma Cabon semi-automatic depalletizer has been designed to meet the ergonomic requirements of jar packing lines. The design of our semi-automatic layer by layer depalletizer is multi-format, both in terms of products and pallets and in size or height.
Pallet changeover is done manually and the layers are raised mechanically. They are then discharged to an accumulation table by means of a belt-driven sweeper.
The realignment of boxes is carried out by means of a 90° realigner equipped with a pneumatic agitator. Layer pads are removed manually by an operator who visually inspects the cans to check the quality.
This semi-automatic depalletizer can be fully automated by integrating a layer pad gripper system.
We offer overhead conveying systems and magnetic or grab lowerator systems to feed your production or packing line.
In order to optimise your project, our project managers will assist you from installation through to commissioning.
